c. 用who 不用that的情況

先行詞是指人的不定代詞， one，anyone，somebodym,those等時

Those who have good manners will be respected.

先行詞指人并含有較長的后置定語或在被分割的定語從句中時

The boy was crying hard who lost his way while looking for his mother.
