In addition, Mr. XXX is always the leader in the heat of action. In his preparation for the contest, he formulated a detailed plan for the team, introduced efficient strategy and arranged for intensive practice. 　　Mr. XXX also participated in the Scientific Research Design Contest for Undergraduate Students under my direct supervision.
