It's understandable for human to pay much attention to their good-look. However, many side effects have come into being when some people are losing weight. For example, some people have lost their weight by taking medicine, but at the same time, their digestion systems have been injured. Thus, we should pay more attention to our physical coordination when we choose the way to cut our weight.
In my opinion, doing exercise is the best way to lose weight. On the one hand, we can train our bodies by taking exercise and become healthier. On the other hand, our mind will be clearer if we do exercise often.

We have to wait a so long time to receive our goods. Because there are so many mails need sending.
Thus， we'd better not shop during this time next year. I think it is not a good choice to shop with so slowly sending service at this time.

今天是我們班英語(yǔ)區(qū)公開課，老師昨天特別在作業(yè)中寫明要穿哪些衣服，結(jié)果早上檢查的時(shí)候，還是發(fā)現(xiàn)有人穿錯(cuò)。我也穿錯(cuò)了，媽媽把帶帽毛衣看成了帶帽上衣，真糟糕！好在后來(lái)Iris老師決定讓女生穿背心，我才算松了一口氣。
下午，公開課的時(shí)間終于到來(lái)了。我們?nèi)ニ臉堑牡慕淌疑险n，教室后面和側(cè)面坐了好多老師，我?guī)缀醵疾徽J(rèn)識(shí)，當(dāng)然除了孔老師。
課上，Iris帶領(lǐng)我們唱歌、做游戲，氣氛很熱烈�；卮饐栴}的時(shí)候，同桌會(huì)按下桌上那個(gè)話筒的按鈕，可是我覺得這個(gè)話筒跟正常的話筒不太一樣，它好像沒能把說(shuō)話的聲音放大。
下課了，孔老師說(shuō)效果沒有她預(yù)期的那么好，我們的聲音過(guò)小，而且有個(gè)別同學(xué)課上有多余的動(dòng)作，我希望明天的語(yǔ)文公開課我們能發(fā)揮得更好，不讓孔老師失望。
