港澳通行證收費依據(jù)及標準
(一)收費依據(jù)
《國家發(fā)展和改革委員會、財政部關于電信網(wǎng)碼號資源占用費等部分行政事業(yè)性收費標準的通知》(發(fā)改價格1186號)。
(二)收費標準
往來港澳通行證每證80元，往來港澳一次有效簽注每件15元，二次有效簽注每件30元，短期(不超過一年)多次有效簽注每件80元，一年以上(不含一年)兩年以下(含兩年)多次有效簽注每件120元，兩年以上(不含兩年)三年以下(不含三年)多次有效簽注每件160元，長期(三年以上，含三年)多次有效簽注每件240元。
(三)審批機構(gòu)進行審核，作出批準或者不予批準的決定，不予批準的'，審批機構(gòu)向申請人出具《不予批準決定書》。
(四)申請人領取證件。
港澳通行證辦理方式
內(nèi)地居民申請往來港澳通行證和簽注，須由本人向公安機關出入境管理部門提出申請，但有下列情形之一的，按照相應規(guī)定提交申請：
(一)未滿16周歲人員申請往來港澳通行證的，由監(jiān)護人或者監(jiān)護人委托他人陪同申請。監(jiān)護人應當提交監(jiān)護證明(如出生證明、戶口簿等)、居民身份證等身份證明并留存復印件;監(jiān)護人委托他人陪同的，還須提交委托書以及陪同人的居民身份證等身份證明并留存復印件。
(二)已持有效往來港澳通行證，在原往來港澳通行證或者原簽注申請受理部門申請簽注的，可以委托他人代為申請。委托他人代為申請的，委托人須出具委托書，被委托人須交驗本人居民身份證原件，并提交復印件。申請人在港澳地區(qū)的，不得委托他人代為申請。
(三)已持有效往來港澳通行證，通過勞務經(jīng)營公司組織赴香港或者澳門就業(yè)的，以及在港澳就業(yè)期間繼續(xù)申請逗留簽注的，可由勞務經(jīng)營公司代為申請逗留簽注。勞務經(jīng)營公司須事先將公司印章、負責人簽名向勞務經(jīng)營公司所在地有關公安機關出入境管理部門備案。
(四)內(nèi)地居民按照有關規(guī)定在香港或者澳門向深圳或者珠海簽證辦提出申請的，可通過香港或者澳門中國旅行社提交有關申請材料。
