Around me, there have been more and more students take the "small glasses son", my eyesight also gradually decline, doctors diagnosed later pseudomyopia. 眼睛是心靈的窗口，是獲得各種知識(shí)的重要途徑。生活中我們處處都離不開(kāi)眼睛，如果沒(méi)有眼睛，世界將會(huì)變得一片黑暗，如果我們的眼睛出了問(wèn)題，學(xué)習(xí)和生活將會(huì)遇到很多困難。盡管這樣，我們有很多人還是不愛(ài)惜眼睛。在我的周?chē)�，已�?jīng)有越來(lái)越多的同學(xué)帶上了“小眼鏡兒”，我的視力也逐漸下降，后來(lái)被醫(yī)生診斷為假性近視。所以，保護(hù)眼睛這一點(diǎn)也被越來(lái)越多的人們重視起來(lái)。
在學(xué)校里，老師常常會(huì)交給我們一些保護(hù)眼睛的有效方法，例如寫(xiě)作業(yè)時(shí)手要離筆尖一寸，肚子要離桌面一拳，頭要離書(shū)本一尺，要在正確的地方看書(shū)，而且還要經(jīng)常做眼保健操。但這些卻最容易被同學(xué)們忽視。
到底是什么讓戴眼鏡的人飛快增加呢?這個(gè)問(wèn)題在我的腦海里不停地轉(zhuǎn)悠。后來(lái)，我觀察了很長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間，也從網(wǎng)上查了資料，最終得出了結(jié)論。第一大原因：不用科學(xué)的方法去保護(hù)眼睛。有的同學(xué)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的看書(shū)、上網(wǎng)、看電視，使眼睛經(jīng)常處于疲勞狀態(tài)，并且不注意眼睛衛(wèi)生。雖然我們學(xué)校要求同學(xué)們都要按時(shí)做眼保健操，但一部分同學(xué)還是不好好做，有的還躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遺傳。有的父母是近視眼，并遺傳給了自己的孩子。不過(guò)這種情況好象不多，“小眼鏡兒”往往是因?yàn)椴粣?ài)惜眼睛造成的。
最后奉勸大家：我們一定要愛(ài)惜自己僅有的這一雙眼睛，使我們的每一天都充滿光明!
