　　篇一：

　　At ease, we fighting for preparation. Ha ha ha, we practice, while playing in a mess, but very happy.

　　Very tired, but very happy, because I insist on a day again. Good night, my dear myself...

　　稍息，軍體拳，格斗準備。弓步?jīng)_拳、穿喉彈踢、馬步橫打、內(nèi)搏下勾、交錯側(cè)踹、外格橫擊、反擊勾踢、轉(zhuǎn)身別臂、虛步砍肋、彈襠頂肘、反彈側(cè)擊、弓步靠掌、上步砸肘、赴步撩襠、擋擊絆腿、擊腰鎖喉!哈哈哈，軍體拳練習，雖然打得亂七八糟，可是很開心啊。

　　很累，但很幸福，因為我又堅持過了一天。晚安，親愛的自己……

　　第一次沒有午休的軍訓，在不讓脫外套和摘帽子的情況下，迎著熱烈的陽光出發(fā)，有幸品嘗到了何為汗流浹背，是真的在背上流啊!!!地震遺址，哎，著實好有危險感，似乎都要垮掉似的。門口站的軍人好威風誒，不過，他們好辛苦啊，大熱天的，穿那么多，還要一動不動，汗顏啊，以后不要隨便叫苦了!

　　洗衣服了，不知能否干，不管了，濕的也只能繼續(xù)穿了。給自己鼓鼓掌。晚安，親愛的自己，加油……
