大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)勵(lì)志演講稿（英語）

Only their own business can better to play their own ability! The party and the state government also give certain economic support!

　　Entrepreneurship, however, is not, some university students are looking forward to have a boiling passion, smoothly. Entrepreneurship is a very serious problem, need meditation to think about business line.

　　Entrepreneurship is the most important is to choose a good startup project, throughout the industry now society, to say the meticulously, what network industry, catering industry, tourism, transportation,... Are has been "occupy", newly arrived students only depend on the government's small business loan is difficult to do something in such industry. Take the development of Internet is, has reached almost saturated state! What the network shopping, network exchange, can think, people already in the business! So in these industries is difficult!

　　Second to venture to consider cost issues, despite government subsidies, the startup is good enough, but the cost of more and more strained penniless college students start, most likely to lead to business failure, this is the result of a very painful. So in the beginning itself also needs to have certain economic strength to deal with future business what is happening in the unpredictable things!

　　Finally, entrepreneurship is the necessary talent, their own team. As long as you have a capable team, deal with things is handy! Everything is smooth, and want to hold on to their team, manage their own the "team" is generally graduates cannot do, because it contains very complex social relations, so to communicate with people exchanges is an important means of a winning team trust!

　　I want to tell those who have just graduated from college students here: business has a risk, entering think again!

　　在20**年，中國政府極力推行“大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)”，因?yàn)閲?yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢使大學(xué)生畢業(yè)就好比失業(yè)，沒有一個(gè)好的崗位來施展自己的才華。只有自己創(chuàng)業(yè)才能更好的來發(fā)揮自己的能力!黨和國家政府也給予一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)上的支持!

　　然而，創(chuàng)業(yè)并非一些熱血沸騰的大學(xué)生所憧憬的那樣順利。創(chuàng)業(yè)是一件很嚴(yán)肅的問題，需要靜心來思考創(chuàng)業(yè)的路線。

　　創(chuàng)業(yè)最重要的是選擇好的創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目，縱觀現(xiàn)在社會(huì)行業(yè)，可以說無微不至，什么網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)，餐飲業(yè)，旅游業(yè)，交通業(yè)...都是已經(jīng)被人所“占領(lǐng)”，初來乍到的大學(xué)生僅僅靠政府的創(chuàng)業(yè)貸款是很難在此類行業(yè)中有所作為的。就拿發(fā)展部就得網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)來說，已經(jīng)發(fā)展到了幾乎飽和的狀態(tài)了!什么網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物，網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換，能想到了，人家已經(jīng)在經(jīng)營了!所以涉足這些行業(yè)是很困難的!

　　其次要?jiǎng)?chuàng)業(yè)還要考慮成本為題，雖然有政府的補(bǔ)貼，創(chuàng)業(yè)初期是很夠用的，但是越來越大的花費(fèi)使身無分文的大學(xué)生開始吃緊，最總有可能導(dǎo)致創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗，這是很慘痛的結(jié)果。所以在創(chuàng)業(yè)初期自己也需要有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力才可以應(yīng)對(duì)未來創(chuàng)業(yè)中所發(fā)生的一切不可預(yù)料的事情!

　　最后，創(chuàng)業(yè)必要的就是人才，自己的團(tuán)隊(duì)。只要有一只自己得力的團(tuán)隊(duì)，應(yīng)對(duì)事情是得心應(yīng)手!事事皆順，而想保住自己的團(tuán)隊(duì)，經(jīng)營好自己的那個(gè)“團(tuán)隊(duì)”是一般畢業(yè)生不能做到的，因?yàn)檫@里面包含很復(fù)雜的社會(huì)關(guān)系學(xué)，所以，與人溝通交往是贏得團(tuán)隊(duì)信任的一個(gè)重要的手段!

　　我想在此告誡那些剛剛畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生們：創(chuàng)業(yè)有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，進(jìn)入需三思!
